Troy Evans understood there was a need in the market for a comprehensive turnkey package solution where customers could rely on a builder to project and manage every aspect of their dream pool and outdoor living spaces.
Troy Evans holds an Open Builders Licence and has extensive construction project experience that goes beyond swimming pools and immediate surrounds. This expertise ensures that your pool design, along with its surroundings, is not only picturesque but also robust and long-lasting.

Our team will work with you from the initial pool design concept through construction and final completion, ensuring that you love your new Poolscapes Pool. We recognize that listening to our customers is essential in designing a Poolscapes Pool that best suits your needs. Our approach to quoting differs from other pool construction businesses, providing you with a tailored design to fit your family’s needs. Achieving this result involves incorporating a client Questionnaire Sheet that we review together in our first meeting, covering everything from shape, color, intended use, budget, and much more! After this, we will draw up a proposed design electronically for you to review. However, the design process doesn’t end there – we will adjust and change the design to ensure all your boxes are ticked, making your new pool not only beautiful but also easy to maintain.
2. PRELIMINARY!
We understand that providing exceptional customer service while meeting your expectations is essential, especially when it comes to creating outdoor living spaces. As part of our service, we offer a preliminary agreement option before you commit to the contract and construction of your new pool. This agreement allows you to have soil and engineering tests completed for your chosen pool design, ensuring that any additional costs arising from soil type and extra engineering requirements specified by the engineer are confirmed upfront, rather than only after the contract is signed. This proactive approach also aids in future pool maintenance, ensuring a smoother process overall.
3. CONSTRUCTION!
At Poolscapes, we understand the Australian culture of outdoor living spaces. Therefore, we offer a luxurious turnkey package that allows you to create your ideal outdoor living environment with a single company, ensuring a smooth construction process.
With our in-house qualified tradesmen and an open Builder’s Licence, we guarantee the quality of each aspect of your project, including pool design and pool maintenance. You can rest easy knowing that our Director and Open-Licenced Builder, Troy Evans, will be onsite supervising and project managing your entire build to ensure the highest standards are met.
4. HANDOVER!
Once your new outdoor living spaces are complete and ready for enjoyment, we will arrange a time to carefully guide you on the care and maintenance of your new pool. Additionally, through Evans Pool Care, we offer a luxury option that includes an extensive service package for ongoing pool maintenance, allowing you to simply relax and enjoy your new ‘Holiday at Home’!
